Shipping and delivery
Your satisfaction is important to us, which is why we strive to be as precise, fast, and reliable as possible from order to delivery. Indeed, throughout all phases of the purchasing process on TOYG, you are provided with all useful information, from product availability to delivery method, so that the service we offer is 100% comprehensive.

Delivery times
What happens to your order the moment after purchasing on TOYG from BRAD SRL:

Product delivery times vary depending on the item ordered by the Customer and the delivery methods chosen by them. The times indicated for delivery terms are merely indicative and are in no way binding for BRAD SRL. Using express courier transport, delivery is expected within 1/5 working days from the moment of the order. In any case, the estimated delivery times are explicitly indicated in the technical sheet of the individual product.

The order is transmitted to our warehouses by 6:00 PM.

B) Shipping Courier
The day after the order, the Shipping Courier collects the goods by 3:30 PM from our warehouses. The courier will be given the accompanying invoice containing the destination location and any notes included in the order.

Concurrently with the product collection, an email will be sent to the customer containing the Shipping Number; this will allow the customer to track the delivery status and estimated times in real-time on the Shipping Courier's website.

D) Delivery of goods
The product will be delivered to the address indicated at the time of order confirmation.

Shipping costs
Shipping rates are calculated at the time of order based on the destination country. The shipping cost or if shipping is free is indicated on each product page.
