Right of withdrawal for TOYG Products
The customer has the right to withdraw from any order concerning TOYG Products, without providing any reason and with any explicit declaration, provided it is delivered to TOYG customer care. However, the right of withdrawal is excluded for sealed TOYG Products that cannot be returned for hygienic or health protection reasons and that have been opened after delivery.

Information regarding the right of withdrawal (pursuant to art. 49, paragraph 1, letter (h) of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 "Consumer Code")
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which the customer or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by the customer, acquires physical possession of the last ordered good. In the case of a contract relating to multiple goods ordered by the customer in a single order and delivered separately, the 14-day period starts from the day on which the customer or a third party, other than the carrier designated by the latter, acquires physical possession of the last good.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to contact TOYG customer service or via email, with the decision to withdraw from this contract through any explicit statement to that effect (for example, with a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). For this purpose, it is possible, but not obligatory, to use the standard withdrawal form downloadable here or use the standard text indicated at the point. If the customer decides not to use the attached standard withdrawal form, they must submit any other explicit statement of their decision to withdraw from the contract.

It is also possible to fill in and submit the standard withdrawal form electronically or any other explicit statement to that effect via customer care. In this case, BRAD SRL on behalf of TOYG-shop online, will promptly send a confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. via e-mail). The deadline for withdrawal is considered to be met if the customer sends their declaration before the expiry of the 14-day period from the day on which the customer or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by the customer, acquires physical possession of the last ordered good. In the case of a contract relating to multiple goods ordered by the customer in a single order and delivered separately, the 14-day period runs from the day on which the customer or a third party, other than the carrier designated by the latter, acquires physical possession of the last good.

Effects of withdrawal
Following withdrawal from this contract, TOYG will reimburse payments made by the buyer without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which TOYG is informed by the customer of the decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. These refunds will be made using the same payment instrument used by the customer at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed. If the buyer has chosen cash on delivery as the payment method at the time of purchase, they must indicate, in the online withdrawal form, the current account to which they intend to receive the crediting of the price. In case of failure to indicate bank details or in case of incorrect bank details, TOYG will automatically credit the amount of the price to the customer's account, which can be used for subsequent purchases or in the form of a purchase voucher. The refund may be suspended until TOYG receives the returned products or until the customer proves that these goods have been shipped, if earlier.

The customer is obliged to return or deliver the products without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which he communicated his wish to withdraw from the sales contract.

The products must be returned
- correctly packaged in their original packaging, not damaged or soiled and equipped with all accessories, instructions for use and documentation. In case of loss of the original packaging, the Customer must, at their own care and expense, provide for its replacement in order to proceed with the return of the TOYG Products;

- with the order confirmation document (present in the original packaging), so as to allow identification of the customer (Order number, name, surname and address);

- without obvious signs of use, other than those compatible with a normal trial of the item (they must not show signs of prolonged use or in any case exceeding the time necessary for a trial and must not be in a condition that would prevent resale).

If the returned product does not comply with the provisions of the preceding paragraph, or if the exception to the right of withdrawal indicated in relation to sealed products applies, the withdrawal will not be effective.

Shipping costs will be borne by the customer. The customer is responsible for any value of the goods resulting from handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products themselves.

Refunds
Refunds are credited directly to the account or payment instrument used at the time of purchase. For payments made by bank transfer, the refund will be made to the account used for the payment. For payments made via PayPal or credit card, the refund will be made to the PayPal account or credit card. For cash on delivery payments, the refund will be made, alternatively, to the current account that the customer will indicate by filling out the standard withdrawal form or in the communication they send to communicate the withdrawal. It is understood that, in the event that the customer does not indicate a current account for the credit when exercising the right of withdrawal or indicates an incorrect current account, the amount will be automatically credited to the customer's account so that they can use this amount for subsequent purchases. If a gift voucher was used for the order, the corresponding amount will be re-credited to the customer's account.

Warranty for viewing and product conformity and supplementary information
Purchases made on TOYG are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Code regarding product viewing and conformity warranty. The customer will therefore be granted the rights referred to in art. 130 of the Consumer Code and these rights must be exercised within the terms referred to in art. 132 of the same Consumer Code.
