Payment methods

Paying is simple and secure
You can choose between Credit Card, Bank Transfer, PayPal, Klarna and Cash on Delivery (depending on the methods active on our shop)

Credit Card
We accept the most common credit cards, including prepaid and reloadable cards: Visa, MasterCard, Diners, Carta Aura, American Express to be used from the PayPal website. Payment, with this method, takes place directly on the [BANK] portal in total security. All information regarding your credit card will not be handled in any way by www.toyg.it as at the time of payment you will be redirected to the bank's portal which will guide the Customer in total security to enter the payment details.

Paypal (VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Postepay and Carta Aura circuits)
By selecting the PayPal payment method, you will be redirected to a page on the PayPal website where you can enter your email address and password to use your PayPal account or, without any registration, you can use your credit card to complete the payment. Your financial data will not be shared with www.toyg.it  but will be managed directly by PayPal. In case of order cancellation or non-acceptance by www.toyg.it  the amount will be refunded to your PayPal account or credit card. BRAD SRL will not be responsible for delays and/or damages caused during the refund process. Once payment is received, we will send confirmation by email and then proceed with order fulfillment exclusively to the address indicated. For address changes or other requests, please contact us by phone or email beforehand.

Bank Transfer
The ordered items will be sent only upon actual crediting of the due amount, which must occur within 5 working days from the order acceptance date. After this deadline, the order will be automatically canceled, and the customer will receive an automatic order cancellation email.

The reason for the bank transfer must include:

• order reference number;
• order date;
• name and surname of the order holder.

NB: ALL PAYMENTS MADE THROUGH COMPUTERIZED SYSTEMS ARE COMPLETELY SECURE ASwww.toyg.it  DOES NOT MANAGE CREDIT CARD INFORMATION OR OTHER DATA. THESE PAYMENT TRANSACTIONS ARE CARRIED OUT DIRECTLY THROUGH THE BANK'S OR PAYPAL'S SERVERS.
